I could not stay. Upon us entering the room smell of smoke, bed unmade, cabinets falling apart, garbage on the floor, dirty towel on the floor. Unacceptable for a reputable company like expedia to even list the hotel. Requesting a refund immediately. We arrived at 10pm couldn't even think about staying. We went back to the desk immediately and also took pictures

they wont check you in after a certain time and wont refund your money. They are a scam. Dont book online. Only in person

Worst hotel I ever have stayed in, and I don’t say that lightly. There was thick, green mold on the night stand, which I cleaned with Lysol wipes. The room smelled musty, probably due to the mold. The mattress was thin with hardly any padding, and springs could be felt, and it sagged. Save your money and go elsewhere. It was too late for me to rebook elsewhere, so made do, but seriously, this place is disgusting, and probably hazardous to your health.

Rooms not clean

Clean room, clean and managed property, onsite laundry. Ms. Sherika, Alexis and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. They are prompt with responses and are available for anything you need during your stay.

The price seemed to be good concerning our desperate situation. However, the operator (not the attendant staffed for the night) advised of a nightly audit that lasts from 12am-3am. Even though the website showed late check in to be available.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay at this location. The attendant was very rude and didn't even attempt to assist me with check in. Her comment was I know shes there and disconnected the line.
