The front desk staff were great, but the room left something to be desired. We were only staying one night, but the shower was improperly cleaned, the floor had all kinds of stains on it, and the bed was fairly uncomfortable. The tv lagged, and was probably purchased pre-2010.

La refri andaba manchada completamente de afuera. Encontramos un cacaroach. La tina se vaeia sucia. La gente fumando marijuana in the stairwell

The room, half the lights didn't work in our room. Floor was wet, everything was sticky. And the smell of Marijuana all over. Ended up leaving after an hour and a half.

Only plus was that it’s in a good location . Close to Walmart & fast food restaurants

Horrible environment! Room was FILTHY! When I checked in nothing had been cleaned . It was literally poop inside the toilet when I checked in .No other room was available.Had to leave and come back hours later for them to only half clean it . Housekeeping is horrible . Front desk staff had to do a double clean behind them . Very unsafe people hanging outside . When I wiped down things in the room it was literally black . From seats , couch , counters , everything was black & sticky . Room smelled like urine , carpets dirty

The shower was filthy. I was booked for five days and they put two washcloths in the room. I had to exchange the soiled laundry in order to get more. Two of the four towels in the room were stained. Every night I was there the neighboring room was slamming their door all Niight long. On the third night I woke up to a bite on my left arm and spiders on my bed. I booked another room at another hotel and checked out. Upon checking out I asked to speak to the manager about not being charged for the extra night since I was checking out early and why, and was told there was nothing she could do. She gives me a voucher to stay again for one night for free ….after this experience there is no way that I would ever book here again.
