Run down. Filthy grounds, peeling paint.

This hotel has been really nice. I love all the staff that I have spoken to so far. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in your room. I also like that they offer coffee in the morning. That is a plus. Thank you all for doing an amazing job.

It was filthy. There was trash over flowing outside at the trash cans and all over the ground. Our room was not vacuumed, there was dirt on the floor and shoe prints on the floor that were not ours. We immediately turned around and left. It said no smoking but customers were smoking around the property.

We booked our stay using hotels.com that was our first mistake. Second mistake was communication with the motel after we couldn't make it the first night. We called and explained the situation and we were told it was no big deal. By the time we arrived the next day they had completely cancelled our reservation and charged us for both nights.Unless you want to be out over $250 stay elsewhere. They will refuse to issue a refund.

Terrible hotel. Dirty. Roaches visible in hallway and room. Stains on the desk chair. Avoid.
