"Good in parts..."

Good location if you want the Gulbenkian and room size is fine, although the design is poor, with almost non-existent bathroom privacy - glass box toilet anyone? Food is terrible, but front of house are pretty good and try to be helpful. Waiting service is poor, with young and very inexperienced staff, and housekeeping is shockingly slow.

We had a fantastic stay and we would definitely use it again. It’s a very modern hotel, not far from the airport and with transports nearby allowing to visit the city.

"The jury is out on this one"

A friend said you can stay anywhere in Lisbon - the transport is amazing. Hmmmm. It took us an hour to get to time out market to pick up our tour guide. Its easter weekend but im assuming its always busy. The bus was 1 hour. Its only 3km but an hour. Next up. The toilet is literally in the room. If you and your partner are down with using the loo in front of each then its all good. We got food poisoning on our last day (definitely not from hotel - to be fair just bad luck because meal was beautiful) and we had......a toilet in the room. Probably one of my worst travel experiences since my pal got dysentery when we travelled india.....by coach! Beautiful hotel, staff ok/nice ish. Rooms gorgeous apart from toilet in glass box next to bed. And quite far from centre

I loved staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon. The room was beautiful with great amenities, however it was missing body lotion (it had great shampoo, conditioner, body wash) The room was an interesting layout that was not shown in any photos online, so I would suggest showing the layout as the bathroom is not in a separate room so would be good to show that incase it puts anyone off.

Room was comfortable, clean & quiet. Good lighting and casting enabled TV. Great bar and staff, and a nice breakfast. We were only stopping for the night on our way to Madeira, and we were wanting to book again for two nights at the end of our trip. Unfortunately the price increase was too much. Definitely stay here again though.
