A beautiful hotel with excellent service, and the staff is efficient and friendly.

The checkin and checkout were very quick and easy. The people on reception were absolutely amazing. So courteous, so polite and always willing to help with anything i needed. Possibly the best reception service i have ever had. The room was beautiful, and worth every penny. Gym pretty basic but was fine for the 3 nights. Really would recommend this to anyone. It is also in a great location.

Bathroom/ shower situation was not easy.

Staff was very helpful, and the hotel was attractive.

Uncomfortable bed and the sheets felt like some polyester mix which is pretty poor for a high end hotel. Nice towels and other amenities in the room. Bad lighting, fancy but not effective.

Très bel hotel. Secteur bien. À environ 12 minutes de l’aeroport et du old town. L’hotel est très propre et les gens accueillant. Les building avoisinant sont moins attrayant par contre.

Very modern, super friendly staff, great breakfast options. Just be mindful on the new part of the hotel's in-bedroom toilet and shower cubicles being semi transparent - which makes for interesting viewing when relaxing on the bed.

My friend and I had a really nice stay last week. Everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived driven by the excellent reception staff who continued to help us as required during our stay.
