Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was discusting. Curtains were torn so bad what was left of them was tied up. Handles broken off drawers. Towels had stains on them. Carpet in room was covered in stains as well.
I visited this hotel because I was attending the race at the Bristol motor Speedway. The hotel was conveniently located to the track, and the staff did a wonderful job welcoming race fans.
We were able to make a last minute reservation, when we got there the staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Roaches In My room!
Tiny bathroom, good size sleeping room, needs upgrades inside and seemed sketchy outside at night. Did not feel really clean and had areas with odors. Pricing was too high for conditions
Older property, but very clean & nice staff at front desk.
The experience was nothing short of pleasant. Hotels/Expedia dropped the ball on our booking but the hotel staff supported us every step of the way. Our room was clean and comfy. Staff was polite and approachable. We would definitely stay again!
Hallways smell musty. Cable service is so basic, hardly any channels. No tissue paper in bathroom
