"Bed Bugs"

Location

There were bed bugs in the rim of the mattress… and the front desk staff was rude when we said we aren’t paying to stay there. We left and found a different hotel

Customer Service was great. Staff at front Desk were friendly and kind. Hopefully we can get our same room our next visit in November. Our rooms and the building were clean and smelled fresh. Keep up the great service.

A little bit more tidiness outside the front door. Need more inviting decor, 🪴plants flowers or and a nice huge rug as guests enter with hotel name on it.

The people were friendly

They charged me a 50 dollar fee.booking.com Website said no fee but I needed the room so I didn't fight it said it would be refunded that has not happened yet
