The breakfast and pool was awesome and the beds were comfortable

They charged us a 50$ deposit for the weekend and we were told on this booking app that we wouldn't be charged anymore for our stay but had to pay at hotel when we checked in

Room was clean close to everything

Said heated pool pool was ice cold breakfast was the worse I have ever had only had toast cause it was the only hot thing

Everything was perfect...my daughter had a house fire and we needed a place for her and her 5 year old daughter. They lost everything and it felt good to have a place to rest our heads.

Firstly when I arrived it was late evening. I had pre-paid online and when I arrived was told my reserved room was not available and I would have to stay in a degraded room with no reimbursement of payment. The front desk lady said take it or not she didn't care and I was not getting a refund. I had already paid so I was compelled to stay for lack of options.

Older motel. The breakfast area and food was decent. Inside swimming pool was small but in good condition. The first room we were assigned had dirty and stained bedsheets, a broken bathroom light and splattered yuk on the bedroom walls. We complained and got a different room which was better than the first. Not the first time we’ve had issues at Quality Inns. May start having to look elsewhere.

Peeling walls in bathroom as well as dingy towels.
