"All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, polite and welcoming."

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly even though she was training someone. She was very welcoming. I wished I had her name to tell you who she was.

The location. I’m from out of town so I’m not familiar with the “floor plan” of Modesto. Had I known the location I would not have chosen this Hilton. But it was only one night….

"They judge kids with disabilities!!!!!!"

The manager and employees were rude and they discriminated my 3,4 yr old autistic kids and they charged me $250 cleaning feee because my kids dropped cereal that they give themselves there for breakfast supposedly because it was crushed and got in the carpet which wasn’t true because the cereal was from the night before and it was stale they didn’t even give me a broom when asked so I can pick it up when I was cleaning the room before check out I believe they just pocketed my cash deposit so unprofessional they even put me in the do not rent list so disrespectful
