This budget-friendly hotel delivers! The bed and pillows were as comfortable as at my house, a rarity! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours made a cozy end to my days. Breakfast was notable for having sliced almonds and dried cranberries to add to your cereal, as well as 2 kinds of milk-regular and oat! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming. I like the locked front door with key card access, after hours. While it is in a primarily industrial area, this hotel felt very safe. I walked to and from the Gallo Center two nights in a row, about a mile each way, and never felt threatened. I have my new favorite hotel in Modesto and plan to come back soon! Thank you to everyone who made my stay so great.
