This is an older hotel and so suffers from poor soundproofing. However, my bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Good location at the edge of Santa Clarita, close to freeways. I somehow left behind a toiletry bag, and was happy to recover it a day later.

The overall property is nice and could be a great hotel. It needs a deep cleaning. The vents in our room had a dead rat smell. They brought in fans, etc. didn’t work after and hour. So they moved us, the kitchenette was not clean in the new room. The room layout is great. Great for families on an extended stay. We got to Santa Clarita quite a bit to see family, not sure if we would stay here again.

It’s needs to be cleaned deeply. Also a homeless junkie was wandering through the hotel, and hotel staff did not ask him to leave or even attempt to block him from guests. I was walking with my son and elderly mother and I was pretty nervous. I looked at the desk clerk and he shrugged. Pretty poorly staffed.

Zatrzymaliśmy się na 4 dni i ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko do parku rozrywki Six Flags i z łatwym dojazdem do Los Angeles. Obsługa w porządku, pokoje czyste, a pobyt komfortowy. Jedyny duży minus to śniadanie – mimo codziennych zmian było raczej kiepskie i po prostu niesmaczne. Poza tym mocne 9/10.

The staff were rude. Not greeted when checking in and a lot of attitude from the reception as well as kitchen staff.

We absolutely loved this property. The hotel was clean and centrally located. The staff were top notch— friendly, professional and courteous. We also appreciated the Kate check out that was granted.
