"Good room and location, unkind staff and bad breakfast."

Our room has been comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel has been also fine and we could reach our destinations easily. Also the wifi connection has been fine.

At our arrive the receptionist was very kind and helpful, but the next few days we barely seen anyone at the reception or heard aby greetings from them. The breakfast was the same each day and hasn't been very wide either.The cleaning service coulnd't speak english and when we asked for some toilet paper they told us " they don't have any". The floor hasn't been clean either. At the front doors they had some coffee machines which usually didn't had an coffee inside them.

The location is great for traveling through the area

The place was dirty, as in hairs all around the room dirty. The hot water didnโ€™t work, so the shower was awful. Breakfast was 30 min late and the cooking staff had no sense of urgency to set up breakfast when they did start to pull it out. When I asked for cream cheese I had to find someone just chilling on her phone. Lastly the lobby was leaking water through light fixtures.

"Great hotel"

Everyone was absolutely great! Tony the supervisor was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Teresa at the breakfast area was awesome too and a joy to see in the morning. Lutita was our cleaning person and she was great with our requests. Hotel was very clean and loved seeing the dogs. We stay here when traveling and will return again in the future.
