They charged me an extra 150 dollars when I saw my credit card bill. I called them at least 5 times to ask what is the bill for, they said they will ask and give me a call back, they never call me back and never return this 150 dollars

"Was supposed to be refunded"

This was supposed to be refunded to me back in April- I was told on the phone it would be taken care of and then I get a message to rate my stay. So no refund. I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I was told it would be cancelled I just figured it would be.

The hotel was very quiet and everyone was friendly, unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t very appealing, there was a good job there was an ihop close by.
