Staff was super nice and very helpful. Made for a great stay for our trip. Breakfast was hot and fresh a very tasty.

Hotel was a bit run down. Water damage noticed on the ceiling of my room.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and the hotel was close to MTSU for band competition.

"Terrible hotel"

Terrible Wash & Dryers not working Pool nasty & broken down Elevators didn’t work right Rude hotel staff NO Hot water during our stay Sunday - Thursday & they could only say “our hotel is full”. There was no hot water am / midday / pm or even Sunday afternoon when we checked in & there were only 4 cars on the property…. Terrible hotel! Also all the landscaping is gone & there No Suggestions or why or what’s up. This reject old & run down remake of a hotel should NOT be in the IHG family… It’s terrible & really in a motel district… IHG - give this one to Super 8 & cut your losses.
