The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed.

The room was too hot. Even with the a/c on all night. Because this is an older construction it’s not well insulated. Also it was a long walk with luggage from the Sky Train & there was NI airport shuttle provided. I would not stay here again.

"Overpriced Roach Motel"

The staff were nice.

The place was an extremely overpriced roach motel in a sketch neighborhood with even sketchier people as guests. It looked like some of them even lived and worked out of the rooms. I didn't feel safe while there. Someone even tried to get into our room one night in the wee hours of the morning with an old key card. The room doors were open to the parking lot and the other guests liked to congregate outside our room partying all night. I was so relieved to find our car intact and still in the parking lot the following morning. Oh, and there were roaches. I would not recommend staying here unless you are an adrenaline junkie and enjoy danger.

It was dirty mold in tub no towels no light bulbs in lamps no help at front desk was told manager would reach out and still haven't heard nothing no towels the electrical outlet pulled out of wall and it smelled of smoke

I had no n problem with staff and check in was dimple

Alot ....price was high for t he area, I had to change rooms after I was all settled in because tv didn't work I saw bugs crawling ....fridge didn't work ...I changed rooms and TV still had trouble ..beds were not comfortable at all ......not quiet at all noisy no bueno!!! .
