"Excellent stay"

Greeted up on arrival. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms we're clean along with the rest of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was two thumbs up. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family

"Great stay"

Very accommodating. Great breakfast in morning. Rooms very clean. Pets are welcome. Staff was very pleasant to talk to. Did not use the swimming pool or jacuzzi but the room look clean and very usable as well as the fitness room. Overall very good stay would visit again

Our stay was overall a great experience. The whole facility was very clean, the room especially. The staff was also great, incredibly accommodating to our group. The breakfast was so tasty, and they had a great area to enjoy morning coffee!!!

"Loved Their Breakfast"

This was great place for a work meeting. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Rooms were clean and they had a great complimentary breakfast with plenty of options and even offered to-go bags for those in a rush after check out. The business meeting rooms were on the small side, so take that into account if you have larger groups. Staff was always willing to provide Ice, water and coffee throughout the day!

"West Des Hampton"

This is one of the nicer Hampton's that I have stayed at. The common areas and room are clean and inviting. The free breakfast hit the spot. It's in a convenient location off the interstate with plenty of free parking. I have stayed at numerous hotels in Des Moines and I would definitely come back to the Hampton.

"Meeting Room and Clean Rooms"

Hosted a meeting in the meeting room and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. It worked perfect for our group and event hosting customers. The staff had our room set up upon arrival and was gracious with any requests that we had in a timely manner.

Was very impressed with the staff . Pam who checked me in went out of her way to get me the best room. Hit tub was awesome. The breakfast was one of the best I had in along time . Very clean area . Checking out the front desk clerk was very helpful. Great stay
