Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past. For sporting events or while just traveling in which it was either my family or it with several families from the team and really never had any issues. This last stay was very disappointing! We were moved from first room due to plumbing issues. Not a big deal, no one’s fault there things happen. As we got settled in the second room we found it to be filthy. There was food on the floor beside the far bed, there was food on the bed closest to the door which appeared to be hot fudge? The bed skirts for both beds were filthy and hadn’t been washed with additional food stains stuck on them. I wiped down all of the hard surfaces with a hot washcloth as there was a layer of filth on the nightstand between the beds. It had not been washed off after the previous guests. Same with the table in the room, it had a layer of gunk on it from the previous guests. We were unsure if the sheets had even been changed or the floors vacuumed. Someone’s toenails were along the baseboard in a layer of dust. Front desk staff was accommodating. Offered to move us to a different room. After a vey long day, the onset of a migraine and already moving once we did not want to have to move again or change hotels. I had already wiped down everything in the room while my husband went to get clean sheets. We were given the requested clean sheets to remake the beds and provided a discount for the other issues.

The room and bathroom was clean

The woman at the front desk during check in was loudly complaining about the system during registration. The hot tub was out of order and needed repair. The guest WiFi was down.

I liked the breakfast although my husband did not like the biscuits and gravy, he said they tasted of way too much flour. The pool area looked nice

The floor board right in front of the bathroom was loose and my husbands pjs got caught on a small piece of laminate sticking up from the floorboard, amd he had a bad fall.' I had booked 2 rooms, the other for my brother and sister and the following morning my sister in law went to have a shower. When she looked inside the tub she was horrified to see black mold around the drain, I took a picture of it so will send that separately . It was disgusting...

The facility is dated. Needs a lot of upgrades. Disappointing as this is a Wyndham. Expected more.
