I loved how friendly the front desk ladies were and how they interacted with my kiddos!

I was bummed that the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was down.

Bed is comfortable, room was fine.

Noise Factor - way too much noise. The room above us had guests who were way too noisy and t.v. volume from room next door was too loud.

The desk personnel were great.

The bed smelled old. Perhaps hot chocolate could be offered at breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate. My gripes:- 1. The in-room coffee machine did not work properly. Water splattered all over tray out of the top and never touched the coffee pod in the tray despite numerous attempts. 2. Water was tepid at 9pm and 6.15 am the following morning. Inexusable. 3. There was no explanation that the desk lamp was operated by the light switch at the entry door. That fact was discovered the following morning.

The price.

The tub was entirely too slippery it was not safe. The water for the shower didn’t get hot. Our fridge was almost warm. The hair dryer didn’t work. The tub wouldn’t drain either.
