A warm, welcoming and cosy charm to the hotel and bar. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is well situated for quick and easy access to Cardiff city centre.

Parking excellent, app easy to use for it. Staff friendly and helpful, pint was nice and food was good. Room was spacious and well laid out, large bath was a bonus 👌

The air conditioning unit kept making a buzzing noise throughout the night, absolutely horrendous, lack of sleep. Now I was away sharp and needed only cornflakes and toast, at no point was I offered preserve,tea or coffee nevermind juice.....poor form from morning staff.

Breakfast was great plenty of choice, didn't spend much time in room but it was very comfortable we both had a great night's sleep, air conditioning was a bonus everything we needed.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was completely unacceptable. Embedded black mould all around the base of the shower and in much of the tile grouting too. Not acceptable for even a 1 star hotel. Not acceptable for human habitation, as this is a known source of illness. Breakfast tables had been wiped in a fashion that just spreads the spilt beer from the previous night - not actually removing the stickyness of the beer itself.

Het vriendelijk personeel. De parkeergelegenheid. Er was een bar voor s’avonds ‘n drankje. Goed eten voor ‘n redelijke prijs.

De kamer kon schoner! De schimmel in de douche kan echt niet! (Een kwestie van goed schoon houden!). Er was ook géén handdouche. Ook geen wc-borstel aanwezig!

Very comfortable bed. We were given an updated rooms which was very spacious. The room was air conditioned with a large screen tv. We received notice ahead of time of a significant food discount that was valid during our stay.

The body wash and shampoo containers were almost empty and there was no hair conditioner. Also we had hoped for an out of the weather place to leave our bikes but had to lock them up in a back passageway exposed to the rain. But at least least they were out of signs and safe for the overnight.
