It was a very good location to just get a bus to and from the city centre. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Thank you for the comfortable stay, we were flying out the next day. Would have stayed longer and seen more of wales if we had time. Will definitely be back.

Everything was great!

Very nice large bedroom, bed a little on the firm side. Busy main road outside, but with windows shut it was quiet.

There was a small mouldy patch behind the sofa bed. We had a meal in the restaurant and the service was dreadful. We waited nearly an hour between starter and main course and that was after prompting the staff. Prices of drinks I felt was excessive. £3.30 for a glass of lemonade from a siphon and not a bottle which tasted like soda is in my opinion disgusting. Food was edible. But nothing special for the cost.

Good location. Even though it's on the main road, it's a lovely location and close to everything in Llandaff. Rooms were a good size, with a bath and shower, tv and a comfy bed. Rooms were pretty clean. Staff were friendly

Quite noisy in the evenings from the room, even with windows closed. Walls need re-painting in the rooms. A big bag of dirty towels on the floors outside the room in the corridor which were there for the whole evening and morning of our stay.

Bathroom lighting poor and no makeup mirror or light. Check-in area very tired, needs a new carpet and some fresh paint.
