"Too many ants & no shuttle when needed"

The staff were nice and the driver was nice

The room quality was terrible. Ive stayed there many times but never had this bad quality. Checked in early. First room had ants all over bathroom. Got a new room & ants kept appearing every time we went in the bathroom. Killed the ants each time and more would appear. Also, the bathroom fan & door were broken. Tub took a long time to drain. Also, the courtesy shuttle only runs a small part of the day. Was not ideal with little kids as we needed to return to hotel mid day for a break, but had to walk back to Disneyland since shuttle was not running. Would not recommend this hotel if you have kids

Great location..

Very limited breakfast, it could be better! The staff at the front desk..., should be more cordial and show better attention! Bad attitude is not a good promotional point for any Company or business
