Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim At Disneyland Park

Perfect location for Disneyland, they offer a shuttle but it we walked.

The receptionist was not very welcoming she seemed not very happy to be there.

Bathtub curtain too short. Water from shower head overspray on the bathroom floor as curtain have the tendency to be out of tub.

The room wasn’t terrible but there was a lot of damage to doors and panels

The last shuttle pick up staff member (Luis) decided to take one van loaded and strand multiple families who had to find their way back even though we were all waiting 30 minutes prior to pick up to make sure we did not miss it. Also what they consider breakfast is a joke and didn’t eat it once because there were VERY minimal options-

You guys are absolutely terrible!! We thought we found our forever hotel as season pass holders but we were stranded at the park even though we showed up 30 minutes before our pickup time!! We have a ton of family in California who have season passes and that frequently visit this area and through our stay have already recommended your hotel. But after our interaction today I am dumbfounded about the lack of care for their people staying at this hotel. Luis stranded multiple families and neglected to come back for the line of people waiting for a ride to our hotel “which is complimentary” when on time and we were all on time. One family decided to walk and he decided to ignore other families request for him to come back (there were multiple families still in line) and ran to the front of the van to go home to end his shift. We had to take an uber even though we have followed instructions AND MADE SURE WE WERE THERE 20-30 MINUTES EARLY SO WE WOULD NOT BE LEFT BEHIND! There was a family with a 4 yr old child left in a stroller (not even a part of our group). The fact that you can strand people even though we were all on time and the van was full is unacceptable. When calling the front desk right after they left to make sure they were coming back for the rest of us the front desk guy shrugged it off and said did you talk to the driver. We tried to but the driver only listened to the one family who was not associated to the rest of us and did not give anyone else a chance to talk before he ran around the front of the van to leave. He seemed he was in a hurry to end his shift and did not care there were multiple families still there waiting that he could not fit in the van. We ended up paying for an uber because according to the front desk guy even though he only left 3 minutes before we called his shift had ended. Luis told the front desk guy that everyone else decided to walk even though only one of the multiple families stated they were going to walk. He didn’t even give the other families a chance to let him know we were going to wait before he ran back to the driver seat. We have been here multiple days with absolutely wonderful drivers and this was our first time having him as a driver. This is NOT ok to stand multiple families because the van was full even though we were all waiting on time.

The staff at night was nice and the breakfast was simple but filling

There was a pipe burst in our bathroom but they were able to move us to another

The breakfast and staff was really good and helpful

There was ants and spiders in the room

Proximity to Disneyland park !!

The shuttle was a bit small so people who hard latger family’s either took all the seats and you had how wait for the next trip or the families had to split amonst themselves
