"We’ll probably choose a different hotel when traveling to Chatsworth"

The hotel room is disgusting stains all over the carpets carpet coming up stains on furniture and shades. Had higher expectations for a Doubletree Hilton.

The fact that I had to wear shoes the entire time in the room since the carpet was disgusting. The shades look like somebody spilled coffee all over them. Room doesn’t look like it had been updated quite a long time.

"Once we got situated on the 4th floor - all was good and quiet."

The room we were originally given was on the first floor. The people above us were loud so we could not sleep. We called the desk clerk and he eventually gave us a nice room on the 4th floor when he realized the people above us continued with noises. The desk clerk was cordial, pleasant and accommodating.
