"I would totally stay here again."

Staff was very nice, room and facilities were great. They texted me daily to ask how its going, which was nice. I let them know that the guests in room above mine were noisy, the 2nd night was quiet, but the 3rd morning they were up early stomping around again. This is not the hotels' fault. That was the only thing i found that was a problem. Everything else was amazing. I would totally stay here again.

"DO BETTER, Doubletree!!"

I called Alex at the front desk @ Doubletree Chatsworth to ask a pertinent question to determine whether I would extend my stay there. He said "WHY are you asking all these questions? I'm not answering all these questions! It's very suspicious! We're a business, we're not here to help people!" UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Not a cool way to treat a senior woman!!

"Phenomenal bartender"

The hotel is a hidden gem. However, the highlight of the stay was Darren the Top Tier Bartender. He was a 100000/10. I will be back just becuase of his hospitality.

It was a nice place for the area its in. Rooms are clean and spacious. The BEST thing about Doubletree is they have the CRABTREE brand for shampoo/conditioner bodywash and lotion.
