DoubleTree by Hilton Chatsworth

We very much enjoyed our stay DoubleTree. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, the check-in process was easy, and the housekeeping was done well.

Staff was super friendly and my room was perfect. Will be coming back

The glass corner shelving in the shower was jagged. While showering my husband sliced his elbow on the glass resulting in 6 stitches...after informing the person at the front desk all we heard was..wow that's too bad! Also, we used all towels trying to stop the bleeding and after requesting replacement towels, they did indeed bring 2 towels but left the dirty/bloody towels on the bathroom floor...unbelievable.

My stay was good. It's a convenient location for me. The beds are not the most comfortable things. Could be much better. Thanks again to the maintenance guys. I bring my Amazon Fire stick and the TV's are mounted to the wall and don't swivel from the wall so it's a pain trying the plug it the port in the back. So I'll ask them to come do it for me so I don't break the TV trying. I go to the restaurant and get a couple coffees every morning and the person on staff is always nice.

The Valley is beautiful.

We could not get a room with a view as all rooms were King beds, no double queens with a view.

Clean comfortable room , nice shower . Friendly, helpful staff . Lovely pool, jacuzzi. We didn’t eat there has we thought it was too expensive

The rooms are nice and clean. It has a nice pool and hot tub, the staff is authentically nice!!
