The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney

The view from our unit was unbelievable, watching the activity on the harbour was unforgettable. The suite was spacious and had a very nice decor. The staff were really friendly and so helpful.

Fabulous location, and roomy apartment. It was not a water front view, but it still had a lovely view of the city and bay. Very clean and a lovely little bay window area to dine at with lovely view. Lots of room to store your things and a safe also. Comfy bed and the laundry facilites in the apartment came in handy. Perfect location, we walked everywhere, and very close to the tram stop. We even walked our luggage down to the cruise terminal it was so close. While it is pricey, I would definitely stay here again.

Early check in could have been more accommodating. Sydney is really a long, long way and your arrival time is entirely dependant on airline schedules. We understood that early check in was not available in the morning, but they did say they would call us when an apartment became available. That's great! Except when we finally returned to the lobby, 30 minutes before hotel's standard check in, (because we had not been callled, and were too tired to wander around anymore) we find several groups waiting to be given their units. Literally made everyone wait until exactly 2pm before allowing entry. When we spoke to the cleaning lady, she stated there were empty units and not too busy that day. So, no early check in, I can be ok with that, but don't lie about it.

We love this hotel. The views are amazing and location is good. It is hilly so be mindful of that
