Comfy beds, nice airco in hot city

We had to wait more than half an hour for our room because it was not ready yet. In the morning we were locked in because someone locked the door in a weird way and we couldn’t get out. Called reception for 40 minutes and when finally someone came and helped, we were told off instead of apologied too.
