Free drinking water, hot and cold. Just 3 blocks from ADO Bus station. Several sitting areas.

Clean, tidy, and quiet - good for a couple of nights if you're on a budget. The property feels very secure inside and is fairly quiet. My room was large and the AC worked well.

Location is just OK - 10 mins walk from ADO and 10 mins from downtown area, but the area around the hotel is a little run down and might feel unsafe (especially for a solo traveller at night - I recommend taking a taxi/uber). Once inside the property though it feels very safe. Room felt a little run down and the pillows were uncomfy but OK considering the price.
