Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Chattanooga - Downtown

This is a disgusting hotel. My daughter and I were travelling together and thought because it was offered on hotels.com, a reputable company, it would be ok. The room was dirty. Stained sheets. Filthy bathroom. We had to find somewhere else to stay. As well as this there were gangs of very undesirable looking people hanging around which made us feel very unsafe. I am in contact with Hotels.com to get a refund and I would suggest this hotel is not one of your offerings or you will get a bad reputation

It was unsafe we had too out a chair behind our room door. Because the look on our door wouldn’t lock

There was nothing I liked. The staff was rude they kicked me out for asking for New sheets the ac unit leaked all over the floor and carpet and to it the bed clothes wet plus I spilled coffee on it so they kicked me out and do in by give my the 332 dollars I had just given them.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. There was homeless and drug addicts hanging around the hotel. The ceiling in our room was peeling and falling to the floor. I wasn't there 10 minutes and now having a hard time just getting a little bit of my money back.

The whole experience was awful I was told not to book anything online I would never do it again. I wasn't there 10 minutes and now I can't get even a small portion of my money back I can't even get a response about getting my money back

Clothing not belonging to us stored on shelf in room, crumps & stains on couch in room, stains on wall, fire detector hanging by wires, people smoking by front door, possible illegal activities and yelling in parking lot. Hotel smells, man spraying Zep in hallway at night.

Hotel bathroom was nasty in one of my rooms and it needs a lot repairs

Very outdated not clean at all bad odor in the pillows stains on sheets woke up with bites on legs
