Fiz minha reserva de 3 dias , cheguei na recepcao e meu nome nao estava la, nao encontrava nem Pelo codigo de reserva , SIMPLISMENTE SUMIU!!!!!! Tive que dormir em meu carro por nao achar outro hotel pelo preco que tinhapago!!!! Me senti roubado!!!!
