Nothing was good about property!

Our shower was broken and the front desk was an AI computer which was like a FaceTime call. When we told the person on the call the problem he said he would try to send someone to us to help. No one came I spent 2 hours trying all Wyndham numbers and a “case” was filed but absolutely no help when we needed it. The worst overnight stay to date!!

absolutely not a damn thing. Horrible experience.

I didnt like anything about the place La Quinta should take their name off of it, it's a motel. There was no live staff or room service available. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the tub.

A homeless drug addict was sitting in front of the hotel asking people for help. The check in kiosk was a computer with a guy from India very progressive for a run down hotel. The rooms are gross. The pillows have mold the bedding is all stained it was one of the worst places dust and dirt. You couldn’t see out of the mirror in the room. The dead bolt lock was removed I had to put a chair up against the door. I would’ve found a new one but we got in so late. I do not recommend. Then in the morning we saw small bugs in the bathroom.
