Worst stay ever broken glass behind night stand poop on shower curtain jacuzzi was dirty I had to clean myself we where on bottom floor window did not lock I addressed issues next morning cause I seen them at 10:30 at night that’s when I got to my room so next morning I let staff no 6am they said it be taken care of well I got back 7 pm nothing was done they where in my room didn’t fill towel or toilet paper they did nothing I wonder what they did in there so at 7:30 I went down to the office the front desk guy came down and did it all then time of check out I told front desk guy was the worst stay I have ever had an he said we took care the issue I said ya I should not had to check into a room that way he said I showed u room before check in I said who thinks to move a night stand I didn’t look at window or shower when I looked I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for this I told him I will be leaving a bad review I asked for manager he started laughing an said he was made me sick I took pictures

The room was clean for the most part.

Friday morning I killed a COCKROACH in the bathroom 🤬!!! The bed was noisy getting in and out of it, and almost too far off the ground.

Hot breakfast, great location. Lots of food options surrounding the hotel. Walking distance to parks and the river. Great stay will stay again

I called ahead to make a reservation at the Days Inn in Pierre, South Dakota. During the booking process, I specifically stated that I needed a pet-friendly room and was told that it was included in the total price. My total for one night's stay, including the registration fee, was $158. When my wife and I arrived with our pets, the manager was immediately rude and claimed that I had never mentioned having pets, despite the fact that I had reserved a pet-friendly room. He then informed me there would be an additional charge of $25 per pet, but instead charged me $50 per pet, adding an unexpected $100 to my bill. To make matters worse, the room was extremely small, outdated, and in poor condition. The ceiling texture in the bathroom was peeling off, making the room feel neglected and unmaintained. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. Between the misleading pricing, unexpected charges, unprofessional customer service, and the poor condition of the room, I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I honestly feel like I would have had a more enjoyable stay in a prison cell than at this hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again

It was quiet

I did not get the room I reserved on line the amenities that they say comes with the rooms I did not have not worth what I paid for

There was a long hole (1" x 6") in the drywall next to the bathtub (room 209) which was probably caused by a leak along the tub. A very poor job of covering it with caulk was attemped. Bacon at breakfast was "garbage", sliced so thin that you could see through it, and the "gravy" to pour over biskets was always cold to room temperature.

Absolutely nothing there's not a hot tub at this location either 😔

All of it from rude staff to no accomodations to you especially when it's days your child can stay there no additional cost.

Recently renovated and very clean hotel. The rooms feel fresh and well-maintained, and the overall stay was comfortable. Would recommend.
