We had a newborn with us and never anywhere in this ad did it say waivers were required and the "energy" hasn't been tested on children under 5 years old. Had I known, I would have chosen another hotel.

The gym is the absolute best part of this hotel. In the back, section F, room 159, there was no hot water at night. The TV connection did not work and you cannot let fresh air into the room as the windows do not open.

We went to bring in the new year pool side with a in jacuzzi and the pool was closed, and the jacuzzi was filthy. Showed housekeeping and manager didn't reach out regarding our complaints.

No hot water in room 182, no closet or even coat hangers, breakfast was a joke, some gym equipment non-operational, front desk no there in the morning. Read similar reviews from previous travelers, but in reality it was even worse.

"Great budget place"

It was great place for the money, i had to stay 2 nights for business. This was the only place that was reasonably priced at late notice. The rooms was very clean the beds and sheets looked brand new and fresh paint on the walls. Now for the bad, the bathroom was very dated and rusty. The hot water took about 15 mins before it got warm and there was this musty oder through out the room. The place also looked a bit spooky but overall i felt safe and the room was much cleaner than other hotels i’ve stayed at this price.

"Stay away-- sleeing on a park bench would be bette"

The place is comfortable enough, but there is a medical facility that makes the whole place smell like Ben Gay. After dark it looks like a mental hospital with that very creepy vibe, and the front desk is very limited in hours. On the night that I stayed, there was a power outage that made the whole place dark except for emergency lighting. Alarms went off all night and there was nobody on site to help. I called the manager as per the note at the front desk but nobody ever showed. Would not recommend.
