The bed was very comfortable. The staff working the front desk did his best to resolve the issue I had with my booking.

When I arrived, I was told that I was not in the system. I had used Booking.com and never had an issue with them before. After being on the phone with an agent at Booking.com, and the staff at the front desk being on the phone with his customer service, neither party was taking responsibility for the issue although I had already paid for the room, had a reciept, and confirmation numbers. The front desk staff worked it out to eventually get me into a room, but the booking ended up being cancelled because that was my only option, so Ramada took took the pmnt off my card, but it was slightly more that what I had been quoted with booking. Not enough to deal with trying to get it reimbursed. My issue was that they couldn't find my reservation in the system, but they were certainly able to see that it had been cancelled. It was a very stressful situation for me and because of that, I'm not likely to use this Ramada again in the future.

The inn keeper was very polite and courteous. The room was spotless, HOT hot water and an extremely comfortable bed. I will absolutely be staying again. Breakfast was good, make your own waffles, mini sausage biscuits, cereal, bagels, muffins, juice. It was very appreciated. Located right next door to everything you need while traveling.

Front desk staff very pleasant. Nice location conveniently located to all kinds of food options. The room door needs a new seal put around the frame, cold air blew in all night. Breakfast was very basic, did like the mini sausage biscuits. All in all would stay again if in the area.
