​Exceptional Booking Service, but Serious Hygiene, Safety, and Service Failures!! I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Lebanon from Dec 24–25. While the initial booking process was excellent thanks to Amira, who was professional and helpful in securing our connected executive and standard rooms, the actual stay was very disappointing. ​The Issues: ​Hygiene: I requested two cribs for my 7-month-old and 2-year-old. Not only were they not ready upon arrival, but when they were brought up, they were visibly dirty (specifically the green one). For infants, hygiene is non-negotiable. ​Staff Communication: Despite prior confirmation for an extra bed for our helper, the floor staff insisted it was impossible. It took unnecessary debating to get what was already promised. ​Safety Hazard: On the morning of the 25th, a strong burning electrical smell came from the bathroom lights. This is a major safety concern, especially when staying with young children. ​The Sweets Incident: This was the most upsetting part. We checked in 2.5kg of specialty Christmas sweets for storage. Upon checkout, we were told the staff "accidentally" served our sweets at the breakfast buffet. A staff member tried to pay us out of his own pocket to keep the hotel from finding out. This left us empty-handed for a Christmas lunch invitation with no time to buy a replacement. ​The lack of coordination and the safety/hygiene standards were not what I expected from the Wyndham brand.

Loved the room, very spacious and clean. It was quiet during my stay so that is a big plus, also. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
