Stayed for one night before my flight the following day. Was disappointed as there were dirty linens, sheets not put on correctly so woke up in the actual duvet every other person has slept in and staff not clued up at all on celiac disease when I asked about specific gluten free menus. When I complained about linens I was told they would inform housekeeping, still paid &300 for a dirty room though. I must say CJ from the Valet was incredible, he really made our stay 10x better.

The casita area was secluded and beautifully landscaped. So happy it was pet friendly. The pool area was in a close proximity to my casita, and provided such a great view of the bay.

Every person we encountered at this hotel were so kind and felt like they genuinely enjoyed making guests happy. We stayed in a casita suite for 5 nights and they are beautiful! It felt like a home away from home with the kitchenette, an entire shared living area and half bath downstairs, and bedroom/full bath upstairs. There’s an ice maker, microwave, and two mini fridges in the kitchenette that make the upgrade so worth it. We let the hotel know ahead of time that we were celebrating our son’s birthday and they went all out with balloons, towels shaped like animals and paper eyes, and decor to welcome us! The pools were a comfortable temperature and the views are wonderful. Digital keys, in addition to physical, were convenient for us for both our rooms and parking. During our stay, there were road closures that hadn’t been updated on our GPS so after wasting time looping around, we finally called the hotel who was able to give us directions immediately. It just felt like everyone here is well trained on guest experience - from the front desk, to bell hop, shuttle drivers, and especially dining servers. I cannot thank Zineb enough for her kindness and attentiveness to our toddler for each breakfast we had with her. She treated him like he was her own, understanding his mood and needs (band-aids for his invisible “boo-boos”, stickers to cheer him up, etc). And Katy as well - she made us feel so welcomed and never rushed us. She had great suggestions for what to order for ourselves and for our son and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Both Zineb and Katy are huge reasons we would love to return to GH Tampa.

This hotel is a great reason to keep World of Hyatt status! I stayed here for the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium and loved the balance of excitement and relaxation. The property features two excellent pools—the one by OysterCatchers was a favourite thanks to the beach and bay views. The area was clean, and the service was top-notch. While a few more umbrellas would be helpful, everything else was flawless. The distance to the airport and stadium is a quick 10-15-minute Uber/drive.

It is a lovely place to stay while visiting the Tampa Bay Area. The hotel is clean with all of the accommodations you need. It is located right on the water with a bike/walking path to enjoy. The food/beverage service is fantastic as well. This is our go to spot when visiting the area. It is easy to get to. as it is minutes away from the airport.

Shuttle trip with John R was amazing ! He is very friendly and helpful. He is interesting to chat with and made the trip pleasant. Definitely a great start to my stay!

Amazing spacious room with some great facilities

They could repair the boardwalk which has been in need of repair since a hurricane in 2023!

I highly recommend this hotel it was really nice. They have transportation from and to airport, golf course, tennis court, 2 pools including a bay view pool we stayed the night before our Royal Caribbean cruise 😊
