"Friendly people, not ideal for vacationing."

Rooms were nice. Beautiful atrium. Friendly staff. Room could be cleaner. Rooms are difficult to find/navigate. Location is not convenient to other restaurants/shopping.

"Great hotel"

Always enjoy staying at the Greenwich Hyatt. All was good except they don't serve any real lunch. All that's available for lunch is pre-packaged food in the hotel store. And be prepared to pay $6 for a cup of coffee.

"Much better to stay here than in NYC - it is more civilized."

Clean, comfortable, quiet, lovely atrium, nice staff, excellent breakfast. Minutes from Old Greenwich train station and quick access to NYC.

Parking was rather expensive at $25/day - I thought it said $11/day online.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a business trip as its location was closest to Greenwich meeting. The hotel was seemingly newly renovated and very clean. The checkin staff was particularly helpful in quickly getting me checked in and to my room. Thank you Tania for a friendly reception and great service

"Beautiful, comfortable and well staffed!"

Beautiful hotel. 1) the bellman, Lewin, was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. 2) the catering staff was efficient and well trained. Dennis, the catering manager kept everything organized and flowing well. He actually remembered a party we had 20 years ago. 3) the gym is well equipped and staffed by Mare who made sure it was clean and had plenty of towels.

"Great place and staff"

We decided last minute to plan a family weekend and I’m so glad we did. Such a fun time and the stuff was amazing - especially Abigayle. Kind and incredibly helpful to us from check in to check out. If you can plan a family trip or the two of you can get away, highly recommend!

Atrium is beautiful with greenery and more artsy and stylish than an average hotel. Salt water pool and hot tub were exceptional. The pool temperature was warm and lovely!

"Great experience at the Hyatt Regency"

We were impressed with the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich on our first stay. The employees from the front door to the check in desk were welcoming and helpful. The lobby is lovely with a great bar. The lobby restaurant in the morning for breakfast was great too. The room was comfortable and clean. We will be back.
