Hyatt Regency Greenwich

Location was perfect for our needs.

The carpets were being torn up and the smell of glue was overwhelming. Work was noisy and we would not have stayed here if we were made aware of the situation beforehand.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to recognize three team members who truly made it special: Soile, Kemar, and Abigail. From the moment I arrived, Soile greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made the check-in process effortless. She was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a fantastic stay with her professionalism and kindness. Kemar was equally impressive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always offering help with a positive attitude and making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. His attention to detail and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. Abigail also provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She was friendly, attentive, and consistently made sure I had everything I needed. Her cheerful personality and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Together, these three individuals represent hospitality at its best. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made my stay memorable. The hotel is lucky to have such outstanding staff members, and I hope their efforts are recognized. Thank you, Soile, Kemar, and Abigail, for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

We had another wonderful stay last weekend. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Watson, and we were truly surprised and touched that he remembered us from last year. It meant so much to us. He always greeted us with a bright smile and was incredibly professional and friendly throughout our stay. As Globalists, we received all of our benefits, which we greatly appreciated. The suite was absolutely spacious and even better than the room we stayed in last year, making our experience even more special. We also received the snack bag for our daughter’s birthday, such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you for making her feel celebrated. Breakfast was delicious, as always. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality, our family and friends had an amazing time and returned home with beautiful memories. We would love to come back again next year. Once again, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Watson, housekeeping, breakfast servers, and the entire Hyatt Regency Greenwich team for making our stay so memorable.

I wanted to share my thoughts on my recent visit to the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. It was truly an amazing experience for my first time there. The receptionist was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing me with a thorough tour of the hotel and clear directions. My room was stunning, and I was particularly impressed by how spotless the bathroom was. However, the standout feature for me was the bed; it was unbelievably comfortable. I never expected a mattress to feel so good that I didn't want to leave it! Another incredible outstanding view was inside the main lobby. It felt as if you were in a tropical island. I would absolutely love to come back for another stay in the future. -but the next time I do return, I want have a nice breakfast and enjoy the Jacuzzi!!! I didn’t get to enjoy.

Hotel is clean and well maintained, staff was professional and very friendly. Abigail the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and set us up with a n excellent room. Definitely a great hotel to stay at!

I have been coming to the Hyatt Regency Greenwich for many years, and it has truly become a second home to me. As someone who travels frequently, I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world, including places like The Maybourne in Beverly Hills. Yet the warmth, professionalism, and consistency of the staff here in Greenwich keeps bringing me back. The staff here are exceptional and consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. At the front desk, Jair, Tania, Abigayle, Soile and their leader Shashika, are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well. The two wonderful cleaning ladies who take care of my room keep everything spotless and perfectly organized. Their attention to detail reminds me of my time serving in the United States Air Force where everything was expected to be immaculate. The food service staff in Glenna’s Cafe — Cecilia, JL, and Rueben — are fantastic and always make dining enjoyable. Daniel and again Rueben at the bar create a great atmosphere every time. And the valet team greets me like family whenever I arrive. I truly appreciate them. Over the years I have celebrated many events here, attended Sunday church services, enjoyed brunches, watched movies in the hotel theater (recently Avatar and Wuthering Heights), eaten great food from Glenna’s Café, worked out in the gym, and relaxed in the pool. During my cancer treatment journey, I have even stayed here after infusion treatments when I needed a quiet place to recover. The kindness and care from the staff during those times meant more to me than words can express. My name is Larry Beyah. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Greenwich for anyone visiting Greenwich, Old Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside, or the greater Connecticut shoreline area. Whether you are traveling for business, family events, or a relaxing weekend getaway, this hotel offers excellent service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. It is easily one of the best hotels in the Greenwich area.

Pricey for what you got. Breakfast not included. Had to pay to park your vehicle. No microwave in room. No complimentary coffee/tea in room; was extra. Room was clean but not overly impressive for being $200 plus per night. Expected more from a Hyatt Regency.
