Location was convenient price for king room was around $100.

We travel most of the year for work and stay in hotels and Airbnbs across the country, so we’re not particularly picky. Unfortunately, this was one place we simply could not stay. The property is set up more like an apartment complex that has been converted into hotel units, with rooms located in different buildings throughout the property. When we entered our unit, the smell of air freshener was extremely strong—so overpowering that it seemed like the room had been heavily sprayed to cover smoke or another odor. The scent was so intense that my kids and I could not tolerate staying in the unit. The front desk did try to move us to another room, which we appreciated, but the second room had the same overwhelming smell. At that point it was clear we were not going to be able to stay there, so we had to leave and find other accommodations. Before leaving, I spoke directly with the person working the front desk about the situation and asked about a refund. I was told that because the reservation was made through Booking.com, they could not process it and that I would need to go through Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com, they reached out to the hotel, but the hotel later stated that I had not reported the issue while on the property, which is not accurate. I did report it while I was there. Based on this experience, I would recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.

The property’s location was very convenient for what we were there for. We were there for an extended period so having the kitchen was very helpful.

We’ve stayed at this location several times but this unit that we had was very dated and really needs to be updated. It would also be nice if they had more utensils and cookware in the kitchen. We asked for towels and never received them nor did they ever service our room. My husband told them about the need for lights to be replaced. We were told they would take care of it but they never did.

The room was very spacious and clean. I didn't expect it to be that big. The beds were very comfortable as well.

The bed, the breakfast, and the building itself.

The trash was still full when we arrived. Holes in the blanket on the bed. Burn hole in the couch(terrible that guests would do that)
