The staff was really friendly! We stayed in the room with a king size bed and a loft with two queen size beds. It was on the second floor so if you have any issues with stairs you may need to ask if there is a room on the first floor for you. There was plenty of room and two bathrooms. Beds were comfortable.

It was very clean and the staff were kind!

We didn’t have a remote for the TV but we figured out how to adjust channels and volume without it.

Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Room was spacious. A few things were worn. Shower was good, towels were clean and good.

Some of the furniture was worn and showed some dirt.

I like the facilities. Fairly nice

Our toilet wouldn’t flush real well and became clogged right as we were about to check out. I did notify the staff upon check out as there was no plunger in the room

Le style studio, le petit déjeuner inclus, l’accessibilité aux équipements: gym, piscine. Bien situé, près de plusieurs commerces, restaurants, activités, etc.(en véhicule)

J’avais demandé à l’établissement de pouvoir prendre possession de ma chambre plus tôt (14h), on m’avait répondu que c’était possible sans problème, mais j’ai dû attendre 1h30 plus tard. J’ai dû demander si je pouvais attendre aux installations, on ne m’a rien proposé j’ai dû insister un peu.

Location.

Bath tub barely drained at all after first person's shower. We asked front desk for assistance but they couldn't help at all. After an hour, the water level didn't receed and we baled the water out with the small trash can so the 2nd person could shower...and repeated for 3rd shower. No sheets/pillow/comforter for hide a bed. Went to front desk to get these items but no pillow case was included. Kitchen needed ice trays! No ice machine on site. Breakfast was gross.
