The property was great looked nice from outside and inside. We had a problem on arrival the bottom sheets we are assuming weren’t changed I found hair folicos toward the bottom of the bottom sheet (discusted) I did not have a working bedroom telephone there was no dial tone so I used my phone to call the office the over night worker was great and apologetic and brought us a clean set. The keys weren’t working to get in and out of our door we had to change both twice my grandchildren even got locked out so we had to cut short our visit 13 miles away. So that was our unhappy stay at your place. Thank you

"HOTEL HELL"

PLEASE DO NOT EVER STAY HERE, WELCOME TO HOTEL HELL!! Our room was a filthy pigstye (my feet were black after walking across the floor), even after we begged them to clean this room these conditions remained , everything was coated with a sticky film (likely from an ozone machine to remove the pot odor )The DISHWASHER WAS FILLED with MOLDY WATER water that leaked across the kitchen floor, the disposal was broken so the sink could not be used. When we told manager Dalal, she was abusive as many other guests mentioned. Dalal HAS RUINED WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A REALLY NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH HER ABUSIVE ATTITUDE AND FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THIS PROPERTY! SHE NEVER REFUNDED ONE PENNY FOR THESE HORRENDOUS CONDITIONS.

"Good location, appeared clean, but due to above notes, won’t stay again"

Breakfast was fine but no bananas either day we were there.

Our room had a broken coffee pot and it was disgustingly dirty. It should have been replaced by staff before we arrived. Hand soap was empty in the kitchen and one bathroom. Also, our couch had a broken leg that made it lean so we really couldn’t use it. We had a visitor one evening to play cards. We needed an extra chair for the tall table. Staff would not oblige us.
