The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they provided great service to their guests.

I searched for a hotel with free breakfast and free parking for my stay, and this hotel still showed up in my search results, so I decided to book it. However, I didn’t expect to find out that the parking space was too small for my truck to fit. Also, many guests may not feel comfortable parking there late at night, especially after midnight. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a discount for guests to park at the parking garage across the street.

tout est très confortable et facile d'accès. Le fitness center est un petit plus appréciable.

J'aurais aimé une vraie bouilloire dans la chambre ainsi qu'indiqué lors de la réservation, et non une machine à café avec laquelle j'ai eu du mal à me faire mon thé. Plus embêtant, les 200 dollars de caution qu'ils prélèvent réellement sur votre compte lors du check in, puis mettre 4-5 jours à vous rendre - au lieu de bloquer les fonds, comme le font plein d'hôtel, sans forcément prélever. Résultat : je manque de dollars pendant mon séjour, et je me retrouverai avec plein de dollars inutiles après mon départ. ça c'est vraiment abusé, je trouve.
