A localização é excelente, ao lado da Magnificent Mile. Acabou sendo um bom custo-benefício, pois a tarifa também incluía o café da manhã.

As áreas comuns mostram a idade do hotel, e precisam ser reformadas: os carpetes dos corredores estão bem desgastados. Há também várias áreas sem uso: o salão de baile poderia ter melhor uso que depósito de bagagens!
