The room was clean and comfortable. The staff dry nice.

Being the “IBIS” We thought we were booking a Hotel. Nowhere on the booking did it say the rooms were motel style with access outside. No lift, and was not offered help to get the suitcase upstairs. Just given a key and told go outside and turn left. A long way to walk into Albany. Info did say 3 km from Centre but Didn’t mention a busy road quite dangerous.

Outdated, zero attention to detail and lacks personality. It’s extremely basic and too far away to walk into town. We were given an upgrade from a standard to a deluxe which we were excited about until we entered the deluxe and it was not very clean or nice so I dread to think what the standard would have been like.
