Location and size of the room

Needs a refresh. Curtains in the room were ripped around the edges. Other things needed to be painted or just updated. Also I kept getting lost at night trying to find my room. Adding more signage would save some steps.

Location was convenient from the airport. Staff were great, the best bit about the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Room wasn’t that clean

The staff were friendly. The room was a good size and there was a refrigerator.

I could have used some help with my luggage. Another guest stepped up to help push the luggage cart. The bathroom seemed clean, but needs updating. The bathtub didn't drain very quickly. The toilet didn't flush very well. I appreciated the bottles of water, but they could have put them in the refrigerator rather than out on the counter. The buttons on the phone to contact the front desk or request a wakeup call did not work. I had to call the hotel. Although, they said the airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes, I had to call from the airport for the driver to come pick me up to go to the hotel.

Quiet

Locstion. Plenty of elevators. Parking. Warm cookies

We were just doing an overnight near PHX airport ahead of an early morning departure, so the location is good with a 10 min shuttle drive to and from. We had to wait a while for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after dropping off a rental car, but the scheduled airport return was right on time. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfy. We didn’t pack swimsuits, but we enjoyed some time to relax by the pool in the inner hotel courtyard area. Both the courtyard and room were quiet.

We noticed that the entry door off the balcony and the bathroom door, trim, and walls are little ‘tired’. All in need of an update and refinishing.
