Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Airport

Wasn’t what I expected for the price. Rooms are small, our shower leaked every-time we showered and the toilet area floor was wet majority of the time, rooms do not have a microwave, has refrigerator but it is very small & “queen” beds are also small. I’d say they are a full size bed. They lock main parking area entrance door and you have to walk around to enter after a certain time in the evening! Seemed odd considering you have to have a key to enter. The breakfast was decent and the window coverings as well. I wouldn’t recommend for the price & wont stay here again.

I came in a day early for a vacay and needed a place to stay overnight. Free shuttle, free breakfast and a pool. What more does one need? Sound of planes overhead heard during the day by the pool.

Great customer service and the rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful and check in was awesome. Staff were very friendly and suggested points of interrest for us during our stay. Will for sure stay again in the near future.

Great place to stay with easy access to the airport. Very clean and updated. The only downside was the bed. Not very comfortable

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. It’s a great place to stay if you need to stay by the airport. I highly recommend this location
