Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Airport

Beautiful clean rooms. Great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Enjoyed having a sitting room

Wasn’t too happy with walk ability to anything.

Customer Service at a bare minimum. I checked late in to the night, however the desk clerk was yawning away and seemed quite disinterested . At a bare minimum considering , the hotel is based in Phoenix Arizona one of the hottest states and locations , a couple of complimentary bottles of water irrespective of the tier status of the customers. The room i had booked was of two queen beds, which means a minimum of 3 pax and maximum of 4 pax would be occupying the room. However, there were only two cups, on inquiring via phone the desk clerk calmly mentioned i will have to come down to collect any more cups if i wanted , which is pathetic customer service or brand like Hyatt. and keep in mind, I have been staying in Hyatt properties all over the world, and till date havent had a reason to complain

Great stay. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and cute with a nice balcony overlooking Camelback Mountain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of foods. Would definitely stay here again.

Mostly great experience except for communication one night where our meeting room was disassembled totally unexpected.

Wifi confusion...try yo charge you phone in room didnt work. Restaurant menu limited. Horrible brussel sprouts...probably eorst restaurant fish of my life.I

Very convenient location close to Airport and very nice selection of breakfast menu. Checking process was easy and ample parking space

Dated, overpriced and dirty. I trust the Hyatt brand and have enjoyed other locations of Hyatt Place. This was a last minute booking due to an airline delay causing a missed connection. The $300 price tag for a motel 6 experience. The bed was comfortable but the in unit a/c would either blow hot or freezing cold air - the thermostat at the other end of the room not effective. The answer was to provide an additional blanket. The room had 2 beds but only 1 blanket and 1 set of ear plugs. The room layout was nice that it has a sitting area but the bathroom sink was part of the room at the foot of the bed. The breakfast bar had dirty dishes (I went through several plates to find a clean one. I figured I would try the oatmeal- it was watery and undercooked. The shuttle driver who picked us up (Ryan) at the airport was friendly and helpful. The morning driver seemed put out by helping me load my 40 lb bag into the vehicle. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. Also - no complimentary bottle of water on check in. That AC unit kept us up most of the night. Apparently the advice is to turn on the heater 🙄
