La habitacion esta excelente, y muy comoda y la ubicacion del hotel con el aeropuerto esta muy bien

Lo que les falta mucho es la atencion profesional y amable del frontdesk, a mi llegada les mostre la reserva de Booking, y argumentaron que en su sistema Booking no les habia pagado a ellos, y me obligaron a pagar de nuevo el cuarto, a pesar que les ofreci mi tarjeta de credito abierta como garantia, solo se concretaron a decirme que YO DEBIA resolverlo con Booking,demasiado descorteces, y sin alguien mas del escaso criterio de los 2 dependientes....aun rogandoles que teniamos 16 hrs viajando, les valio mis suplicas, al dia siguinete me eliminaron el cargo y me ofrecieron puntos que no acepte.
