I was lied to by the chef when he said he used butter instead of seed oil. The weekend chef told me the truth that they did not have butter to make eggs with. the gym was way to small for a hotel that size The housecleaning did not even make the bed...

All was good.

Last night my wife went to use the computer in the lobby--11/15/25, it was around 12 midnight. The person at the desk was scolding some teens about playing in the hotel, these were African American boys who in my wife's opinion were not doing anything , but other caucasians teens were running through the hallways--nothing was said to them. My wife asked why and she was told to mind her own business byt he person at the desk--that's hospitality/ Also, a group of men were in the lounge/sitting areas with what was clearly drinks from the outside and food/pizza and was eating it in the lobby and other sitting areas--i thought this was against policy?? My wife stated this and the group was loud, it was 12 midnight , after 12 midnight. Again, the person at the desk was rude, telling my wife she should speak on what she knows about and these guys come every year and do the same thing??Really, they are allowed to break policy, year after year, make noise, bring in food and drink and sit in common areas of the hotel, and be extremely loud. basically, my wife was told to be quiet, mind her own business, and go back to her room--how unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncalled for---we often book weekends with this hotel, but after this it, and how we have been treated, it looks like the Hyatt is looking better everday. We are Gold members and this type of unprofessional treatment should not be tolerated! I would recommend others not to book with this hotel!

Location, breakfast(amazing)included, good staff, nice pool, and happy hour from 4:30/6:30 ish.
