"Great Hotel for service but the Facilities are dated. Beautiful artwork and close to Carnival"

The Rooms are dated but comfortable The Staff are lovely and the breakfast is great most days. The Staff at breakfast are really kind and helpful

The rooms are showing their age and the windows are not clean with a shower that is very poor standard,. It was hard to have a good shower due to lack of cold water so too hot

"Kapok Hotel is a great place to stay in Port of Spain"
